Welcome to Mini Motos (minimotos.au). By browsing or buying from this site you agree to these Terms.

1. Products — We sell 3D-printed miniature replicas and related add-ons. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen images. Custom or configured items are made to order.

2. Orders — Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example payment failure, pricing error, stock issues, or suspected fraud). You will get an email confirmation when we accept an order.

3. Pricing — Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Shipping — Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and by the rates and options shown at checkout.

5. Returns — Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by our store return rules in Shopify.

6. Intellectual property — Mini Motos branding, product photos, and site content are owned by us or used under licence. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission. Our products are fan-style miniature replicas and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original vehicle manufacturers unless we expressly say so.

7. Liability — To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
